      Our individual counselling approach incorporates aspects of Narrative Therapy, Psychoanalysis, Gestalt therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Emotional Freedom Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy, EMDR, Exposure Therapy or  Art & Play Therapy, Hypnotherapy, as appropriate for each person's needs.

       Phone or secure video appointments can be scheduled. Virtual therapy has many benefits and advantages to in-person therapy such as comfort and convenience. 

      As well, virtual therapy allows for service to clients all across Ontario. For online counselling sessions, payment is required at the start of each session in the form of e-transfer or credit.
